Caremark: beyond atrocious customer service
Whoever the ppl are who run this outfit, they should be taken out and shot. I have been on the phone for many hours on various days with uncaring, clueless employees - they can't even get their excuses straight. I had an account and suddenly now they say I don't and want me to prove I don't have another one. LIke asking a single person to prove he's not married.
Meanwhile, I have had to fork over hundreds of dollars to get the pills I need,. As yet, it has not been resolved. I think I could talk to the President more ehad a mosasily than find someone in that company who knows what to do to correct their error. I have an idea the company is about to go under and this is just a stalling tactic to save money. Never had a more frustrating experience with ANY company.
